Full private charter — Boreas Floating Resort · Red Sea, Egypt · boreascruises.com
What Full Private Charter Actually Means.
A full private charter means your group takes over the entire superyacht. No other guests, no strangers at dinner, no shared dive deck.
Boreas works two ways. Charter the whole superyacht for your group, or join a scheduled voyage built for wellness or water sports.
Rent the Whole Yacht, or Join a Voyage.
Full charter: 10–48 guests, 3, 4, or 7 nights, all-inclusive.
What Your Group Gets — The Complete Picture.
Full private charter covers everything — not just the vessel. Accommodation, dining, crew, activities, logistics: nothing is shared with outside groups.
18 double-bed cabins, 6 double + twin. Daily housekeeping and turndown service included.
Private chef — Egyptian and Mediterranean menus, full bar from 2 bars. Dietary needs coordinated before you arrive.
The entire crew — captain, chef, dive guides, hospitality — works only for your group that week. PADI-certified dive guides run the diving programme.
Routing is built around your priorities — dive sites, snorkel stops, dolphin anchorages, sandbank BBQs. 3 Zodiacs on the water during sessions.
Spa, massage, facials, yoga zone, sea-view gym. 2 jacuzzis, sundeck, star deck — all yours alone.
Included from Hurghada, both arrival and departure, within the defined timeframe. Port Ghalib Marina is 15 min from RMF.
When Boreas anchors at Sattaya Reef, your group has the entire superyacht — 300m² of deck space, open-water silence, and spinner dolphins below the hull — with no one else on board.

Charter Length — Full Charter or Scheduled Voyage.
Boarding is Saturday at Hurghada Marina or Port Ghalib. Choose a full charter for 3, 4, or 7 nights, or join a scheduled voyage instead.

The Boreas Superyacht — Built in 2026 for the Red Sea.
Boreas is a 50m steel liveaboard built in 2026 — the Red Sea’s first true leisure superyacht. 300m² across multiple levels, built for groups of 10 to 48 guests.
The vessel is not a converted dive boat. It is a resort-grade superyacht — spa, two bars, two jacuzzis, sea-view gym, yoga zone, star deck, and a full PADI dive centre integrated into the layout. Full vessel details →
Add Ancient Egypt — Land + Sea in One Trip.
For 10 or 14-day programmes, Boreas combines land and sea. Spend 3–4 days in Cairo and Luxor, then board for your Red Sea charter.

Questions from Charter Groups
What does full private charter mean — does our group have the whole superyacht?
Yes. Full charter means your group takes over the entire superyacht for 3, 4, or 7 nights — no other guests, no shared dining, no strangers on deck. If you don’t need the whole boat, Boreas also runs scheduled voyages you can join by the cabin.
How many guests can a private charter accommodate?
Boreas accommodates 10 to 48 guests across 20 cabins — 18 double-bed, 6 double + twin. The full superyacht is chartered regardless of group size; pricing is on request.
Can we set our own itinerary and daily schedule?
Yes. Boreas proposes a routing during your pre-charter call — dive sites, dolphin anchorages, wellness days, sandbank stops. You approve or adjust it, and the daily schedule stays flexible once aboard.
Does the whole group need to be divers to charter Boreas?
No. PADI guides are on board and up to 3 dives a day are available, but diving isn’t required. Non-divers can snorkel, freedive, or use the spa, gym, and jacuzzis — mixed groups are standard.
What is included in the all-inclusive charter price?
Full private charter includes: all accommodation in private cabins, all meals and drinks (full bar service, 2 bars on board), all crew for the week, PADI dive guides and diving programme, 3 Zodiacs during sessions, spa access, wellness facilities, and airport transfers within the defined timeframe from Hurghada airport. Rates are provided on request — contact the Boreas team directly at boreascruises.com/charter.
Can we add an Egypt land tour before or after the charter?
Yes. Boreas offers a combined land-and-sea programme for 10 or 14-day itineraries — Cairo, the Pyramids, and Luxor, privately guided. A domestic flight to Hurghada or Marsa Alam is included.
Charter the Entire Superyacht for Your Group.
One group. One superyacht. One week on the Red Sea. Rates and availability on request — we respond within 24 hours.
