Egypt like never before · boreascruises.com
The river and the sea are two different countries. This package puts both in one booking, with the transfer handled in between.
The monuments arrive from the water. You step off, look at them with a guide, and step back on.
The sites along the river between Luxor and Aswan, with a guide at each stop.
The deck, the river, and the country going past at the speed it goes past.
A balloon ride at first light or a private dinner at Luxor Temple, if you want the trip to carry one.
After five nights of temples, four nights where nothing needs looking at.
Straight off the vessel, at reefs that start close to the surface.
Reef diving with a guide, for anyone in the group who is certified.
A wellness program can run through the sea section, if that is what the group wants.
Enough time to see the monuments properly and still finish somewhere quiet.
River, transfer and sea are arranged together, so nothing has to line up by luck.
Nine nights on two vessels, with hotels out of the picture entirely.
Questions About This Package
How does the transfer from Aswan to the coast work?
The transfer between the river and the Red Sea is arranged as part of the package. Tell us your dates and group size when you inquire and we will confirm how it is organised for you.
Is the Nile section on your own vessel?
The Nile cruise runs on a partner vessel, and you book and travel through Boreas. You can see the vessels we work with on the Nile cruises page. The Red Sea section is on our own superyacht.
Is the superyacht shared with other guests?
No. The sea section is booked as a whole and the vessel is taken by your group for the four nights.
Do I need to be a certified diver?
No. Diving is available for anyone in the group who is certified, and snorkeling and swimming are open to everyone.
Can we add the balloon ride or the temple dinner?
Yes. A sunrise balloon ride, a private dinner at Luxor Temple, or a wellness program during the sea section can be added. Tell us which when you inquire.
When is the best time to go?
Autumn through spring is the more comfortable window for the Nile valley, where summer heat is severe. The Red Sea works year round. Write to us with your dates and we will tell you what to expect.
