A blue mansion on the shore in El Gouna. Thirteen suites, and no two are the same. There is a private lagoon, a Mediterranean garden and a greenhouse that supplies the kitchen. The spa has a Turkish bath. The beach is a few steps from the pool. Hurghada airport is 35 kilometers south.

Two suites and a small private pool. One suite has two single beds, the other a double. A patio and a garden terrace come with it.
The house can be booked for one group. All thirteen suites, up to 26 guests. Good for a family or a wedding party.
Sofas and daybeds around the water. The pool bar serves cocktails through the day.
Turkish bath, sauna and steam room. Hot and cold plunge pools, and a quiet room with a fountain.
A private lagoon and a stretch of sand. Kites fill the sky most afternoons.
The Red Sea in front, the Eastern Desert mountains behind. Best at sunrise.
Chef Vincent cooks French, with local ingredients. The salad of the day comes from the greenhouse that morning. In the evening, ask for the sea bass from Alexandria.
A greenhouse restaurant by the lagoon, next door through the garden. Chef Lorenzo cooks Italian. Mezze, homemade pasta, charcoal-grilled fish. Order the tiramisu.
A speakeasy on Fanadir Marina, a short walk from the house. Try the Agouri Sour, made with cucumbers from the greenhouse.

The house has its own wellness team. Sessions are built around you. Yoga, training and spa treatments, with meals planned alongside them.
A 500-hour certified teacher. She teaches Vinyasa and Yin. Classes run through the week and are open to all levels.
Ten years in functional training, strength and mobility. He also runs nutrition consultations, and plans meals with Chef Vincent.
The house boat, out of Abydos Marina with Captain Ramadan. Lunch on board is Egyptian, with fish bought that morning.
Dolphins if you are lucky. Reefs around it for snorkeling, with rays and turtles.
The Kite Boarding Club sits next door. Shallow lagoon, steady wind. Good for a first lesson.
A 4×4 out to a canyon near town. Hike until sunset, then dinner by a fire under the stars.
Old caravan roads through the Red Sea Mountains. Bedouin guides take you to a freshwater well and a Roman fort.
Two 18-hole courses in town. El Gouna Golf Club and Ancient Sands. Both open year round.

El Gouna is a small town built along the water, 35 kilometers north of Hurghada. Everything below is a short ride from the house.
- Fanadir Marina — the closest, and an easy walk. Quiet, with a few good restaurants.
- Abu Tig Marina — the busiest. Restaurants, cafés and most of the shops.
- Downtown — casual food and late nights. Egyptian craft shops among the tourist ones.
- The Sailing Club — a beach club on a lagoon, with water sports and a gym.
- Horse riding — a stable on the coast, for beginners and experienced riders.
