Boreas Cruise Vessel is a privately family-owned business, built from the ground up on the Red Sea in 2025–2026.
Over 20 Years of Red Sea Cruise Experience
Boreas is built on decades of Red Sea experience. Our journey started in the 1990s, when Hurghada was still a small fishing town.
Our family was among the first to welcome international guests and shape early Red Sea liveaboards.
The Boreas concept was envisioned and developed by the family Boreas owners, who have been operating and curating diving and sea experiences in the Red Sea since the early 2000s.

Sophia’s family has been on the Red Sea since 1995. She’s a PADI OWSI. Her husband doesn’t dive.
